Well this should come as no surprise.  People who are playing Halo 4 with a modded Xbox are being issued permanent Xbox Live bans.  Xbox Live sent an email to the perpetrators saying:

“This email is to notify you that your Xbox Live privileges have been permanently suspended due to illegitimate prerelease title play.”

“Because your conduct is in violation, the Xbox Live Enforcement Team has issued a permanent suspension. Your Xbox Live privileges will not be reinstated.”

It never ceases to amaze me.  Everytime a title is pirated and released early, there’s people who download it and play it online.  I mean, maybe they give no fugs.  Maybe they think Microsoft gives no fugs.  Whatever it is, they do it.  Well we’ve seen this before, we’ll probably see it again, and we can say for a fact…  Microsoft does in fact give a fug.  To quote our very own Coptop, “Don’t be stupid.”
