In an effort to not only push Vita sales, but also get more people to subscribe to Playstation Plus, Sony has introduced a new Vita bundle that will hopefully accomplish both. The new bundle will include the 3G/Wi-fi version of the Vita, a year of Playstation Plus, a download voucher for Unit 13, and a 4GB memory card.
Considering that Sony has included free Vita games to current subscribers to Playstation Plus such as Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Jet Set Radio and others, this is a pretty good deal. Sony will no doubt be including more free Vita games for Plus users in the future so there is no worry about games not showing up on there, I think the question should be will we see more games that will get people to actually buy the handheld without the need to bundle it with something? Time will tell on that front, but if you are leaning towards buying one regardless, now is the best time to do so.
