You might have already heard about Mega Man creator Keiji Inafune’s new project that involved ninjas and the undead that was being called Yaiba, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg.  We now have confirmation that Team Ninja is part of this nifty group as well and that the name of the game will officially be Yaiba Ninka Gaiden Z.

The story is still much under wraps, but what has been revealed is that you will be playing as Yaiba, a resurrected ninja from the grave searching for Ryu Hayabusa for revenge. Considering how much Ninja Gaiden 3 was a letdown, we can only hope that Yaiba Ninja Gaiden Z will bring redemption to Team Ninja.
